hey guys, i'm back.

i was bedridden for a good 4 days (monday-thursday) last week because of flu. fortunately, i was able to get back to office on Friday despite me still coughing like hell.

up until now, i'm still coughing, but at least i'm feeling better.

good thing its our summer outing on Saturday (Apr. 12).

Wrestlemania 24 was the bomb! It was hard to see "Naitch" go, though.

Yesterday, me and an officemate decided to have dinner at Ruby Tuesday. Well actually, it wasn't really in both of our plans. My officemate wanted to go home because she wasn't in the mood of going anywhere. I, seeing as my friend was gonna go for some overtime work at the office (and therefore will not be able to accompany me, if ever) was also about to go home as well, since there wasn't anything sensible enough to do.

During our ride in the MRT, my officemate then decided to go to Trinoma and checkout the movies there. Since we were going the same way, we just decided to hangout at Trinoma for the mean time.

We then talked about that HEART LUNCH earlier in the day (thanks BERTO!), wherein we were like in a fiesta with the insane amount of food the Berto ordered: A Shakey's Meal 2 (good for 5-6 people),  a Basket of Mojos, an extra Spaghetti platter, and an extra pitcher of iced tea!!!!Talk about gluttony! Hehehe... Anyways, we obviously did not get to finish all the food there (despite us being 7 in the group) so Berto just had the food taken out.

Anyways during the conversation, we then decided to have out dinner there, and Ruby Tuesday it was! It was going to be the first time that either of us will be eating there, so we were very much excited on what to expect.

The ambiance there was good! Kinda like CPK, only more comfy. Their food selection was diverse too (Ruby serves American food) with a lot of unique dishes. We then decided to order an appetizer and two main dishes: Cheddar Fries (app), Buffalo Chicken Burger, Chicken Oscar (main dishes). The refreshments we had were very unique-tasting as well: a Mango Lemonade for me and an RT Palmer for my officemate.

As the food arrived, we were SHOCKED to see how many the food was!!! We didn't know that all food there were good for sharing, so go figure! We eventually were not able to finish everything, so we just had them packed and ready for take out.

Even though we didn't finish the food, I gotta say, the food there was SUMPTUOUS!!!! The Buffalo Chicken was the bomb, especially the burger bun, which taste really resembled something I'm still thinking of tight now. Chicken Oscar was good too, but I couldn't eat right because of my burned tongue (thanks to the hot pizza during lunch... damn it!). Cheddar Fries, delicious as well! I just LOVE those bits of cheese!

After dinner, we decided to call it a night. She went home via bus while I waited for my parents so I could go home with them.

Another unforgettable day, overall--a hearty lunch and an even heartier dinner!
