a post before going to bed...

may napanood ako kanina sa gameplan kaninang hapon. they had an online poll on who you think is the best UAAP team of all time, and lo and behold! the people chose the 1993-1996 UST Tigers as the best team ever. of course, during 1993, that was the time UST completed a 14-game sweep of the eliminations to automatically win the title. it made me wonder, how would it feel like to be there, to watch those UAAP games in the early 90s... so right now, if anyone can give me some tips on how to obtain/purchase/download old UAAP (or PBA) games, it would be very much appreciated. i hope the local sports channels here would air re-runs of old-school UAAP and/or PBA games from time to time. that would be a great treat for basketball fans.

hay.... how i wish i could watch those games... get to relive those moments...

oh my! tomorrow will be game 3 of the finals between UST and ADMU. one game to decide who will walk out as champions! i'm so damn proud of the tigers for having made it this far, and a chance to win a title makes it even more unbelievable.

i hope the tigers do well tomorrow.

FINALLY!!!

after 10 years of wait, the UST Growling Tigers have won the Men's Basketball Championship, ousting the Ateneo Blue Eagles 76-74 in overtime to win the championship.

grabe talaga! kanina sa office sobrang tense na tense kohabang naghihintay ng updates... Thank You Lord for guiding the team and helping them win!

The Tigers have "re-lived '96 at season 69" (UST last won the title at 1996 as the last of their 4 straight championships).

Thank you coach Pido. You've accomplished a lot on your first year, and I'm pretty sure you have exceeded everyone's expectations.

After leading after 3 quarters, 61-50 vs. rookie-laden JRU, UST goes 0-for-18 in the 4th quarter as JRU pulled off a shocking, unbelievable, insurmountable 65-63 win vs UST at the UST gym.

pota talaga... UAAP champions, natalo!!! amp! ako e hindi pa rin makapaniwala hanggang ngayon... pota!!! NAKAKAHIYA!!!

alam kong champions league lang to pero, DAMN!!!

what a start for the new week...

if i thought all my bad luck was gonna end last week, i was wrong... my cellphone got snatched at the MRT North Avenue station by a Jemaah Isalamiyah-looking guy (well, you can also call him a "trabahador" type of person). of course i was pissed at the asshole, so i didn;t bother getting back my phone, kasi hindi naman sya aamin...

LORD, IKAW NA LANG ANG BAHALA SA KANYA...

and one more thing... why are things like this happening to me? for the 6th day now.... (monday-friday last week, then today).

something must be wrong with me... i don't know what, but i believe there is something terribly wrong...
